Services
Personal Training

Goal oriented personal training from the comfort of your own home, in the great outdoors or at my home gym here in Whaley Bridge.

1:1, 2:1 & group sessions available.

I have a wide range of kit available for indoor or outdoor use; a large selection of weights, Olympic bars and kettle bells, battle ropes, slam balls, wall balls, TRX, boxing pads & gloves etc.

Nutritional Advice

I want you to develop a healthy relationship with food and your body. I can analyse your food diary and give you advice on how to establish healthy eating habits for lasting change, not just a short term fix.
If I cannot help you with your nutritional goals, I have good working relationships with local nutritionists and Nutritional Therapists with whom I'm happy to refer out to.
Online Coaching

I offer Personal Training sessions wherever you are in the world using Zoom. I am also available for freelance work at gyms/studios for Spinning, HIIT, Matwork Pilates and Freestyle Fitness Yoga.

Meet the Trainer

My journey started back in 2009 when I qualified to become a Fitness Instructor; since then I have studied Physiotherapy at York St John University, married, had two children and a particularly daft Chocolate Labrador and qualified as a Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor (L3 Diploma & APPI).

I am passionate about fitness and the role it plays in physical health and mental well-being. Exercise and movement are so important to the human body for quality of life and rehabilitation.

I am child friendly instructor, DBS checked and CIPSPA registered. I can come to your home or you can attend my home gym.

I offer:
Reintroduction to exercise following injury or illness (working alongside your Physiotherapist or other healthcare professional if required); I invested a lot of time and energy studying Physiotherapy, I incorporate aspects of it into my services helping you to remain injury free and active for as long as possible.
My emphasis when training is on correct technique, enjoyment and progression.

Active Older Adults: exercise for the over 70's, incorporating strength, flexibility, mobility & aerobic training.

Pilates and Yoga sessions either as group classes or 1:1

Pre & Post Natal: whether you're trying to improve your chances of conception or remain healthy and active throughout your pregnancy, I can help you to stay on track with your goals.

Running Coaching: as a qualified England Athletics running coach, I can help you to excel in your running challenges - whether that's to increase your speed over shorter distances or to increase your mileage and complete your first marathon, individual running plans are tailor made to suit your lifestyle and goals.

I am here to help you overcome your barriers to exercise and to help you reach your goals.

Please contact me in whichever way you feel most comfortable, I look forward to hearing from you!
